The package contains ten nursing pads for single use. The nursing pads are used together with Nipple Ease nipple protection. The nursing pads are made of non-adherent and absorbent compress. They are specially designed to fit the Nipple Ease nipple protection. Change nursing pads every time you breastfeed or when they get wet.
The Nipple Ease nipple shield is threaded from the side between the two sewn together rounds to fit and sit securely in the punched hole in the center of the nursing pad. Then place on the chest so that the Nipple Ease nipple shield ends up over the nipple. Turn the unit so that the seams on the nursing pad are horizontal to distribute any leakage. If additional distance is needed so that the nipple does not touch the Nipple Ease nipple shield, you can place some nursing pads under the unit with nursing pads and Nipple Ease nipple shield to gain more height.
