A marinade with a well-balanced honey taste and smokiness. The honey gives the food a pleasant sweetness, crispy surface and the smokiness gives the food that little something extra. The marinade is suitable for most things, but especially for pork and chicken. Marinate the meat, grill and feel the taste of real barbecue.
For best results, pour the marinade into a plastic bag along with the meat. Marinate for at least an hour before grilling or roasting the meat.
