Larezza espresso is a blend of high quality aromatic Arabica beans from Kenya, Ethiopia, Burundi and Brazil. Unlike our Altezza, here we have added an additional 10% (total 30%) of our favorite robusta from Uganda. This is to bring out the characteristic Italian bitterness from the espresso.
The beans are then gently drum-roasted to a beautiful dark red-brown color that brings out the very best aromas from your Espresso.
Larezza is for you who want the classic Italian "sting" in your espresso. When we invite Italian tourists to Larezza, we can almost hear them whisper - "Casa dolce casa".
