🍳 Aromat-Spiced Scrambled Eggs on Crispbread
(Svenskt knäckebröd med kryddig äggröra)
A quick and flavorful Swedish-style breakfast, lunch, or fika snack — with that unmistakable Knorr Aromat twist.
🥄 Ingredients (serves 1–2):
2–3 eggs
2 tbsp milk or cream
½ tsp Knorr Aromat seasoning (or to taste)
Butter for frying
2 slices crispbread (e.g. Wasa Falu RĂĄg-Rut)
Optional toppings: sliced radish, chopped chives, dill, or tomato
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and Knorr Aromat until well combined.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Add eggs and stir gently until softly scrambled.
Remove from heat just before fully set — they’ll finish cooking in the pan.
Spoon eggs over crispbread slices. Top with fresh herbs, veggies, or a dash more Aromat if desired.
