DESCRIPTION
Richly moisturizing night mask with 1% encapsulated retinol (retinol content 0.1%) 0.1% retinol corresponds to a medium level. The advantages of encapsulated retinol are that it is more stable (less sensitive to oxidation) and is gentler on the skin as it penetrates the skin more slowly. Retinol stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, which results in firmer skin with reduced visibility of fine lines. Retinol also works to even out skin tone and texture and counteracts enlarged pores. This formula also contains moisturizing PGA (polyglutamic acid), niacinamide and panthenol that replenish the skin's moisture barriers while you sleep. Oat oil and allantoin soothe the skin.
Use:
Apply to dry cleansed skin or after toner, do not wash off until morning. Avoid the eye area. Get used to the product by applying 1-2 times per week for a couple of weeks up to a month to counteract irritation. After getting used to it, the mask can be used as a daily night cream/mask.
If irritation occurs, rinse. As the product contains retinol (vitamin A), it is especially important to use sun protection in your skin care routine. As retinol is a very potent ingredient, it is good to avoid using powerful acids (AHA or BHA) at the same time of application.
Ingredients
Retinol: Counteracts signs of aging such as fine lines by increasing the skin's elasticity, evens out skin tone and structure and has a pore-contracting effect.
Niacinamide: Niacinamide works on pores, skin tone, moisture and a healthier skin barrier.
Oat oil: An oil that is easily absorbed into the skin without leaving an oily film. Oat oil Contains 1-2% moisture-regulating ceramides. Soothes red and irritated skin.
Panthenol: Moisturizes, soothes, repairs and revitalizes the skin and stabilizes the skin's barrier function.
PGA (polyglutamic acid): Moisturizing and helps the skin to bind the moisture in the skin for a soft and plump skin.
Allantoin: Softens and moisturizes and counteracts skin irritation.
