Rise & Shine was developed together with popular Malin Berghagen, who has long used green powders in her daily diet but was looking for an all-in-one powder. Rise & Shine gives you 12 different powders from vegetables, algae, fruit and berries packed with nutrition! Each portion contains 10 grams and can be taken with any drink.

Who doesn't want to start each morning with a fresh, nutrient-packed morning drink! Malin Berghagen loves dried powders of fruits, berries and vegetables, but felt that it was a little mecca to have so many different varieties at home. So we at Elexir Pharma, together with Malin, have developed a unique combination of 100% organic powders that make it easy to get a wide nutritional mix every day. Rise & Shine is completely without sweeteners or other additives and can be mixed into any cold drink or smoothie.
Swedes eat too little fruit and vegetables
According to the Swedish Food Agency, you should eat at least 500 grams of fruit and vegetables every day to stay healthy. That corresponds to about 5 fist-sized portions a day. These foods contain many important nutrients that we need to feel good, such as fibre, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients. According to statistics, 8 out of 10 Swedes eat too little fruit and vegetables, which means that we also miss out on a lot of these important nutrients. Rise & Shine is designed to simplify your everyday life and contains a really lovely combination of apple, rosehip, spinach, carrot, broccoli, barley grass, turmeric, ginger, spirulina, chlorella, lingonberry and blueberry.
Recommended daily dosage: Mix a heaped tablespoon (10g) with 2-3 dl of water. Use at any time during the day. Can also be mixed into smoothies, juice and other drinks. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied diet, but it is important to have a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Store dry in well-sealed original packaging at room temperature and protected from sunlight and out of reach of children.
