EPA and DHA
We all need fat for our bodies to function properly. There are certain fatty acids that are more important than others and that the body cannot produce itself, essential fatty acids. Vegan Omega-3 is produced from algae instead of fish, specifically from Schizochytrium sp algae which is naturally rich in Omega-3. However, we are not satisfied with just letting the source of the essential fatty acids be vegan, but the entire capsule with its contents is. This is so that Vegan Omega-3 will suit everyone.
Vegan Omega-3 is a dietary supplement to be taken daily. We recommend that you take 1-2 capsules in connection with a meal, and then preferably in connection with a meal. This gives a total of 300-600 mg of EPA and DHA, which then contribute to the normal function of the heart. With an intake of at least 250 mg of DHA daily, this fatty acid contributes to the normal functioning of the brain and the maintenance of normal vision.
