The honey we mix organic strawberry flavor in varies according to the season and the bees' access to flowers, but if we have wild raspberry honey, it is usually a favorite.
The honey never tastes exactly the same, but is always delicious. The honey is cold-pressed and a craft that is made with love for the bees, the environment and the raw materials.
Strawberry flavoring is a natural flavoring substance that is extracted directly from the fruits. Natural flavors must contain at least 95% of the fruit the flavor refers to.
Djäknegården's honey has a successful and wide range of flavored honey and variety honey where each jar that is tapped by hand is unique. We take great care of our bees and the entire process from hive to finished jar of honey.

Every summer, mother Anki makes her famous mixed jam from red currants, gooseberries and sun-ripened strawberries. It is eaten with the cheese milk and runs out quickly. One year the strawberries were not in the jam and then it lasted a very long time...
