The honey we mix the organic lemon oil with is usually a light early summer honey that together makes a delicious combo.
The honey is cold-pressed and a craft that is made with love for the bees, the environment and the raw materials.
The essential oil mixed in my honey is produced by gently pressing lemon zest into a concentrated lemon oil. From several kilos of zest, there is only a small amount of a few ml of lovely oil with the taste of lemon.
Djäknegården's honey has a successful and wide range of flavored honey and variety honey where each jar that is tapped by hand is unique. We take great care of our bees and the entire process from hive to finished jar of honey.

It was only the plant zone that stopped great-grandmother Axelia from also growing lemon trees in her enormous orchard, which was diligently pollinated by bees here at Djäknegården.
