Apolosophy Eye Makeup Remover Without Oil is a gentle oil-free makeup remover for the eyes, adapted for the thin and sensitive skin. Effectively removes eye make-up while glycerin and PCA moisturise, care and improve the elasticity of the skin. Glycerin is found naturally in the skin and belongs to the group of Natural Moisturizing Factors. It is an effective moisture binder for the skin and forms a fluid reservoir that helps the skin and its outer layer to become soft and elastic. The moisture content is crucial for a number of different functions in the skin.
