APL zinc ointment is used as protection for the skin in various types of oozing, e.g. diaper dermatitis (red tails), bedsores, fistulas, oozing eczema, anal itching, hemorrhoids and self-cracks.
Zinc oxide has mild astringent and antiseptic action. The preparation has soothing, covering and skin-protecting properties.
The ointment contains wool fat (lanolin) which can cause allergic contact dermatitis.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any excipient.

Pregnancy: Category A No known risks during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding: Group I No known risks during breastfeeding.
100 g of ointment contains: zinc oxide 10 g.
Other ingredients: wool grease, white vaseline.
