Non-prescription drug for dry, hyperkeratotic skin. In atopic eczema.

Urea 10% in Essex cream APL has a keratolytic and moisturizing effect, which contributes to the normalization of dry skin. Essex cream has softening and protective properties. The medicine reduces the risk of recurrence and extends the time between eczema outbreaks.

Not recommended for children or sensitive skin. For sensitive skin, Urea 2% in Essex cream APL is used instead.
