Light gluten-free flour mix.
The perfect gluten-free mix to have at home for all types of baking. Mix Gluten-free is a light flour mix that can be used in gluten-free baking in a similar way as wheat flour is used in traditional baking. The mix can be used when, for example, you want to bake gluten-free bread, a good cake, juicy cinnamon buns or sponge cake, but works just as well when cooking and for waffles.

Bake gluten-free shortbread: Stir 25 g of yeast in 4.5 dl of lukewarm water. Add 1 package Mix, ½ dl cooking oil, ½ teaspoon salt and possibly 2 teaspoons bread seasoning. Mix well, preferably in a mixer with a dough hook. Transfer to a greased form and leave to rise under a cloth until doubled in size (approx. 25 min). Bake at 225 degrees for about 25 minutes.
