Mini Rut Brown Baked is baked in the same way as Normal Baked except that it is baked a little longer in the oven. This makes the bread a little browner and has a richer taste. To make the bread checkered, it is scored with a special rolling pin. The squares rise up into airy pillows, which make the bread tender and crispy.
Mini Rut is the children's favorite, fun to break into bite-sized pieces for soup and filet or to put directly in the mouth.
