Johnny's Mustard Original is perfect for a good sausage, but also good on a hot sandwich such as croque monsieur. Johnnys Mustard Original has a fresh and intense scent of green herbs and a wonderful acidity. The fine saltiness and acidity remain in the mouth for a long time. The density is thick and the color has tones of straw yellow.
A tip is to marinate fish fillets (for example pikeperch, halibut and tuna) for a few hours in Johnny's Mustard Original and then broil the fish quickly in a little olive oil. Then cook the fish on low heat in the oven.
