Åke's Hönöknäcke Råg is based on a recipe from Åke's family on Hönö, since the bakery started in 1934. This crisp bread is a specialty from Bohuslän with the flavor of anise, fennel and cumin.
Water, RYE flour, WHEAT flour, whole WHEAT flour, sugar, bread spices, vegetable oil (rapeseed), salt, yeast, barley malt and flour treatment agent ascorbic acid. May contain traces of celery and mustard.
