Grill the Christmas ham with Johnny's Christmas Mustard! Set the oven to 225°C. Put the Christmas ham in a low pan. Mix an egg yolk with a good amount of Johnny's Christmas Mustard. Spread the mustard mixture over the ham and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the ham in the oven and grill for 10-15 minutes until the fat has a nice golden brown color.
