Classic mulled spice

With the spices of Christmas
Classic apothecary mulled wine spice that is added to wine and sweetened as desired. Contains, among other things, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and ginger. Boil a syrup of 150 grams of sugar and 1 dl of water. When the mixture has cooled slightly, add 75 cl of red wine and the mulled wine extract. 25 ml.
