TASTE DESCRIPTION
A deep red, concentrated shade of color meets the eye. The scent is spicy and herbal. The taste is very full, concentrated and juicy. The finish is fresh and sour with a small and moderately sweet flavor balance.
FITS
An obvious choice for sausage and pork buns. Really good with chicken skewers, spring rolls and grilled ratatouille vegetables!
TIP
Use as a base for your homemade tomato sauce: fry onions in olive oil, fresh tomatoes and Johnnys ketchup. Or spice up your delicious minced meat sauce with this ketchup to give it nerve and intensity!
