Engelmann's Pear, Saffron & Chilli Marmalade - 120 g

A fruity favorite with a lovely sweetness and a little sting in the aftertaste. Goes well with an aged Gruyère.

Ingredients: Pears (65%) (EU), sugar, water, lemon juice, red chili (EU), saffron (0.2%) (EU), thickener: fruit pectin. For 100 g of marmalade, 66 g of fruit and 30 g of sugar have been used.
