There are different types of digestive enzymes, and Pureness strong enzyme preparations contain 12 carefully selected enzyme strains. What are enzymes?
Enzymes are microscopic protein molecules that help break down the food we eat so that the body can absorb the nutrients. Enzymes are therefore made up of proteins, and different enzymes have a variety of different properties and functions.
