Fibr Original is low in sugar and contains Finnish birch sugar, also known as xylitol. It is a natural sweetener extracted from trees that provides a slightly cooling sweetness. Birch sugar has a minimal effect on your blood sugar and is gentler on your teeth compared to regular sugars. Birch sugar is a sugar alcohol and excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
Just like all our delicacies, Fibr Kolakaka is baked with love and care at our own factory in Edsbyn, Hälsingland. Our products are inspired by Swedish fika classics and easy to pack, easy to enjoy!
