RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
2 capsules per day with a meal. If this is your first time taking Equazen, the recommended daily dose is 6 capsules for 12 weeks. After that, reduce the intake to 2 capsules per day. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of small children.
