Fibr Frallor is finally here! Several years of product development and now we have finally taken the step to launch a flour mix for bread rolls that meets all our requirements - short ingredient list, no additives and without gluten, milk and eggs.

Here's how to bake Fibr Frallor:

1. Measure out water and mix in oil, flour mix and any sweetener.

2. Stir until you get a smooth dough (it takes some time).

3. Let rise until double in size with a towel over it, about 30-60 minutes.

5. Shape into five round bread rolls and place on a baking sheet.

6. Let rise for another 30 minutes.

7. Bake in a fan oven at 175°C, for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature is 95°C.

Our flour mixes are developed to be as pure as possible, without additives and with a short ingredient list. We work wholeheartedly and carefully with allergy-friendly food and pack them ourselves in our own factory in Edsbyn, Hälsingland.
