Ashwagandha is a perennial, evergreen shrub in the potato family (Solanaceae). It has many nicknames and one of the best known is “Indian ginseng”. Ashwagandha has been used in the Indian Ayurvedic tradition for thousands of years. Ashwagandha helps maintain mental balance, stamina and energy.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
