Use: Adults over 16 years. 1. Open the packaging bag and take out the patch.2. Remove the transparent protective film.3. Place the patch on the area of concern. Make sure it sticks properly. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for the heat effect to occur. Leave the patch on for 24 hours. Then replace it with a new one. The patch can be cut with scissors if a smaller size is needed.
