Tomato & Almond
Our first product.
A store had lots of tomatoes and a whole pallet of sugar left over.
We got the opportunity to make something delicious out of this and were inspired by the Mediterranean at the time.
We wanted to create a marmalade that could enhance cheeses such as Taleggio.
In the Mediterranean, people often eat honey and almonds with cheese.
So we made a sweet marmalade with sun-ripened tomatoes, a little almond and chili.
This is perfect for both hard, flavorful cheeses and mild
creamy ones such as a Délice des Crémiers.
