Gluten-free cheese crackers
Surely cheese is life after all? Our crackers are perfectly crispy, with a mild and delicious cheese flavor. Of course, completely gluten-free! Goes just as well with milder fresh cheeses, brie and goat cheese as with strong blue cheeses. Or as tasty snacks for dipping.
Ingredients:
Potato starch, CHEESE 28%, corn flour, CREAM, rice flour, potato fiber, sugar, corn starch, sea salt, emulsifier (E471 from veg. fat), yeast extract, baking powder (bicarbonate, antler salt), stabilizers (xanthan gum, carrageenan).
