This crunchy crispbread is the perfect accompaniment to your cheese platter! The rye crispbread is baked by Knäck & Bräck's bakery, west of Falköping. The crispbread has a deep and rich flavor of Ancho chili and smoked paprika, which is enhanced by a subtle heat and a hint of flaked salt. Eat it as a biscuit with mild and fatty white mold cheeses, such as brie and cream cheese, or with a slightly sweet hard cheese, such as Comté or Kaltbach creamy.
