Falbygdens Marmelade, Paprika, Himbeere und Chili – 125 Gramm

This sweet marmalade has a lovely heat and a light acidity with a taste of raspberries and hints of paprika, and goes well with creamy and fatty cheeses. The heat and sweet berries lift the cheese and make it taste both more and better. With its good, balanced taste and beautiful color, it is perfect on a cheese platter, for example with dessert cheeses such as Brie or Brillat Savarin, where the creaminess of the cheeses together with the heat of the chili lifts the sweetness of the berries. The marmalade is also a brilliant flavor companion with Swedish classics such as Präst®, Herrgård® and Svecia.
