Falbygden's cheese balls are small, light and crispy wafer balls with a filling made from cheese. The cheese balls fit nicely as an accessory on the cheese platter, their crunchiness provides a nice contrast to creamy cheeses such as brie and soft blue cheeses. The cheese balls can also be eaten as a light snack, just as they are.
