These crispy, flaky long biscuits are produced in beautiful Sigtuna outside Stockholm. They are lightly fried in rapeseed oil and seasoned with sea salt. Perfect for a cheese platter or as a snack.
Ingredients: Flatbread (WHEAT flour (Sweden), RYE flour, water, syrup, WHEAT GLUTEN, sugar, salt, dextrose, rapeseed oil, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), yeast, baking powder (deer antler salt), malt flour (BEER), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), rapeseed oil, salt.
