Perfect for those who want to bake good gluten-free bread – or for those who usually buy Marta's Gourmetbröd in stores. You can now bake the bread yourself at home with exactly the same ingredients as in the breads in the store.

Gourmetbröd is a flour mix baked with gluten-free oats, rose hips and apples – suitable for those who want bread without yeast. The bread is reminiscent of a Danish rye bread or sourdough loaf in its character.

Here's how to bake Fibr Gourmetbröd:

1. Measure water and vinegar in a bowl.

2. Pour in the flour mix and stir until you get a smooth dough.

3. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

4. Tip onto a baking sheet or pour into a small 1L loaf pan.

5. Bake for 60 minutes in a fan oven at 200°C. Let cool before cutting.
