Fibr Pancakes are finally here! Several years of product development and now we have finally taken the step to launch a flour mix for pancakes that meets all our requirements - short ingredient list, no additives and without gluten, milk and eggs.

Here's how to make Fibr Pancakes:

1. Whisk the flour mix into half of the milk drink until it becomes a smooth batter.

2. Whisk in the remaining milk drink and egg or egg substitute.

3. Let the batter stand for 10 minutes.

4. Heat the frying pan over high heat and then lower to medium temperature.

5. Pour in the batter and let the pancake set before flipping it.

Our flour mixes are developed to be as pure as possible, without additives and with a short ingredient list. We work wholeheartedly and carefully with allergy-friendly food and pack them ourselves in our own factory in Edsbyn, Hälsingland.
