With equal parts anise and fennel, Kocken's bread spices give a lovely licorice sweetness in light and dark breads. The contents of the bag are enough for 1 liter of dough liquid or 4 large loaves of bread. Also suitable for flavoring seed kernels.

Tip! Feel free to top the bread with mortared whole anise or fennel for extra flavor.
